Join Lauren Hanna for a meditation class that practices using pranayama and meditation techniques to learn to be in the present moment, quiet and calm the mind, and move into the parasympathetic (calming) nervous system in order to ease stress and awaken fertility. 

Each week a new class will appear under ‘Classes in this event’ on Wednesdays at 9:00 am MST. If you are not able to attend at that time, come back any time and you can attend the class on your own schedule.
